Natural wine

Natural wine or Vin Nature is made with as little intervention as possible. It starts in the vineyard where no chemical pesticides or fertilizers are used and grapes are picked by hand. The grapes are then naturally fermented. Once the wine is ready to be bottled, it is not/hardly filtered and no/hardly any sulphites are added to prolong the shelf life of the wine.

This results in a wine that tastes more rustic and purer. One natural wine will taste funkier than another, but you can always assume that only the tastiest are good enough for us. Is it something for you? Try it out!
